The cast technician asked Jeremy was color cast he wanted and Jeremy said he didn't want a color. So I took it upon myself to flip through the color swatches and pick one for him anyways...here's the selected color:
Yep, that's right, He now has a camo colored cast! =) Look, it was better than my first choice, pink!
Literally one day after he got his cast on I caught him outside playing the very sport that wounded him....frisbee! Here he is out back with our friend Dana, playing left handed.
In fact, his left-handed frisbee experiment went so well that he still wants to play this weekend in the local San Antonio Ultimate hat tournament that he has helped organize. He has already told me that I am in charge of helping him "rig up something" on his hand so that he can play tomorrow. So is it my wifely duty to:a) Help him make a super padded sling
b) Laugh and point at his currently broken hand and the scars on his leg for proof of why this is a bad idea
c) Tell him to go for it, but if anything happens send him back home to South Dakota for good!
